Q1: Are your books printed on demand?
Yes. All of our books are printed on demand after your order is placed. This allows us to produce each book specifically for you and reduce unnecessary waste.
Q2: Will the colors or layout look exactly like what I see on screen?
We strive to ensure accurate representations of our books. However, because each book is printed on demand, minor variations in color, trim, or alignment may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the readability or overall quality of the book.
Q3: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are printed on demand, so they require production time before shipping.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
United States: approximately 3–7 business days
Canada, Australia: approximately 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or customs processing.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.
Q4: Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for most orders.
When tracking is provided by the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order ships.
Please note that some shipping methods may offer limited or no tracking, and tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear. Because all items are printed on demand, orders require production time before shipping.

Q5: How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
To keep shipping affordable, orders are automatically shipped using the most cost-effective shipping method available. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Q6: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your country isn’t listed, we unfortunately aren’t able to ship there at this time — but we hope to expand to more regions in the future.
Q7: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all books are printed on demand, orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once production has begun.
If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to assist if production has not yet started.
Q8: What if my book arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at info@aurylines.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Because all books are printed on demand, minor variations in color or trim may occur. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly resolve any verified defects.
Q9: Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For orders shipped within the United States, customs duties are not applicable. For other destinations, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Q10: What is your return and refund policy?
Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.
